Mandatory extinguisher for taxi and TVDE
In Portugal, TVDE vehicles and taxis must carry a 2 kg ABC fire extinguisher, as they are considered public passenger transport. This requirement comes from Article 30 of the Highway Code Regulations (Regulamento do Código da Estrada) and Order no. 15680/2002 (Despacho n.º 15680/2002).
